Eva Mendes is both an actor and a model. The actress was noticed by a talent agency who was impressed by her talents and persuaded her to choose an occupation in the field of entertainment. After much consideration, she dropped out of the university to enter the world of entertainment. She first made an appearance in the feature film Children of the Corn V: Fields of Terror and she was dissatisfied with her performance. It took her a long period of time to refine her acting abilities and appeared in a variety of low-budget films in order to demonstrate her abilities. The road to the actor wasn't easy however his perseverance and determination were recognized. Her name was praised and she received favorable reviews for her role in the movie Training Day after which her acting career began to take off. Her well-known movies include 2 Fast2Furious The Hitch, Ghost Rider Bad Lieutenant Port of Call New Orleans, and Holy Motors.
